Hi,

I'm doing a dormer loft conversion and I'm wondering what the radiator requirements are. The room will be 4mx3m and there with a small access area (1mx2m to the ensuite. The access area has a velux window and the room a french window. I would like some kind of designer radiator but I'm not sure they would be sufficient to heat the room. I've tried the online calculators but I'm not sure what to select in terms of isolation etc. What BTU should I look at? Is that T50?

Thanks.

Assuming you've insulated it to current standard and you have good flow to the loft area for the central heating pipes. This will need a 600w-1kw radiator. So you should be fine with a 2-3.5K BTU radiator
