radiator problems

hi

I have 5 radiators in my house 2 down, 3 upstairs , 2 down always hot, upstairs bathroom hot, 1 bedroom warmish, 1 bedroom cold.

any ideas tried turning hot ones off and leaving cold and warm one on no joy!!

HELP........ cheers

Any thermostatic rad valves fitted? If not are manual valves open and all air vented?
