Hi. I reported a radiator not working at a property I work at as there was no heat when the valve was open and all the other radiators were hot. A few days later and the radiator is hot. Anyone know how this can happen? A fault or by design?

Possibly a sticky valve, is it a TRV?
It does have a trv. It came off a few weeks ago. Thanks. Hopefully was just a bit sticky.
