What is the correct temperature for a normal domestic radiator, I was thinking about 50 degree so a hand can grasp it. Which would mean a flow temperature of 50 right?

The answer is the lowest that will provide enough heat in the room!

The maximum depends on the boiler type.

A non condensing boiler used to be designed for a flow of 82°C

A condensing boiler 75°C

But those are maximum temperatures. the boiler will be more efficient if the flow temperature is reduced below those maximum temperatures.

Better still with weather compensation.
