I'm not sure those brackets will work but thanks for the link It's 21kg or 46lb or 3st 4lbs so something quite sturdy will be needed. It's not helped by going on a partition wall too.
I posted the question to gauge whether I should steer clear of buying it but it sounds like it could be do-able even if it does mean getting something made up. I'll go and have a look at it again and see what's what. Thanks for the input.
