Radiators warm in summer IMAGE

If the hot water motorised zone valve is on, but the central heating motorised valve is Off, the radiators still get a little warm.
The attached photo of the pipe work above the boiler shows the layout

Most likely, the motorised valve is 'letting by' or you have a case of 'Reverse Circulation' Click here and scroll down for a diagram courtesy of ChrisR. If the valve is 'letting by' the pipe from the valve towards the radiators will feel quite hot for some distance. Don't confuse this with conduction of the heat along the pipe for a short distance from the valve.

Look more like reverse circulation.
you got 2 rad returns to the primary return.

Keep all your posts together makes it easier you have started a few posts for the same fault.

It's fairly simple to rectify, both of the radiator returns need to enter the final return to the boiler before the hot water return and bypass.
