Rads loose there heat

Hi, When the central heating is on and the hw off the rads are all hot, as should be. When the hw comes on with the ch the hw is hot and the rads loose there temp. Any ideas?? This is a vented system with a three port valve.

Set the times on different times for ch and dhw, always the best option

Has it always done it?

If so you may have a hot water priority system.
