rain water leak upstairs window

hi, i have noticed rainwater leaking onto my windows sill. the water seems to be coming from where the pvc frame meets the wooden frame in my bedroom. do i need to call a roofer? i knw i have a few years left on my double glazing guarantee also. pics are added to get a clear idea. advice needed asap!

If it's still under guarantee then 'phone them up. It sounds as if there has been something simple like a failure in a mastic seal, it's hard to tell from your pictures, I don't quite know what I'm looking at with the "leak pile" shot
