Hi I have a Range PowerMax 155x SS cutting out and restarting immediately multiple times after a service. Boiler was operating without this problem prior to a service. What could be up? Did the Baxi engineer break my boiler? Could it be pcb/relays/gas valve solenoid/heat exchanger/thermostat??

Was it an actual Baxi engineer who serviced it, IE someone directly employed by Baxi? Or a heating engineer who claimed to be familiar with these boilers. They require quite specialist knowledge & skills to service & maintain them correctly, and it is quite easy to get it wrong.
