Ravenheat CSI 85T, where is the white tube off the APS suppose to connect to at the end?

Hi Forum members,

A question regarding as per the title. The brown tube is hooked to a nipple on the flue but the clear/white tube only resting near the fan assembly but not connected to anything, was that where it suppose to be? Many thanks for your help!
