Rayburn diagnosis request with video !

So we got our Rayburn RD80 serviced 10 days - all good.

Gravity fed system with gas Raburn

But today it has failed to start from cold - the pipes bang and crash and eventually the boiler goes out

I have checked
1/ pump working and active
2/ T switch on manual
3/ header tank full
4/ radiators bled - no air

Any counsel/diagnosis much appreciated - service chap cant come back until Monday so until then no HW or CH ...

Thanks for your reply Terry - is there a quick and easy way to determine if the pump is actually pumping rather than seized - its definitely on as its humming etc ?
