Rcd tripping

Get a spark in to fault find? Is the rcd rating correct? Is this a new fault? How old is the system? Any updates/upgrades? Any changes recently?

A very unusual situation if no changes have been made

I would guess on a neutral to earth fault.
With no load the neutral and earth are same voltage, so 0/5 ohms = 0 current to earth, as the load increases then the voltage between neutral and earth increases so 0.1/5 ohms = 0.05 amps so RCD will trip.
Most appliances have switches which only switch the line, so step one unplug anything not in use. With a cooker turn off wall isolator. You may be lucky and find it, but likely it will need a meter of some sort, so likely cheaper to get an electrician to fix it than buying meter and learning how to use it.
