What is the best tool for getting grout out and re-grouting. Is there any attachments for drills to get grout out, or for a grinder.Those hand held grout tools are rubbish....

Do you trust yourself not to randomly grind random bits of the edge off random tiles?

better go slow and easy use the hand tool and save the tile or prepare for a bigger job later

I`m doing the whiole bathroom, tried the hand held tools - painfully slow.

O got a dremel and its special grout removal bits, seems to work ok. Still takes time, but easier on the hands.........no real disasters yet, as long as you are careful it seems to be fine.....

just what I was thinking on DSM.....I can't begin to think I'd use one of those manual tools to do the whole bathroom...I'm off to find a dremel with grout removing tool...thanks
