Recommendation for a tile degreaseing agent.

Anyone able to recommend a decent product for removing grease from kitchen wall tiles? Thanks for any advice.

Sugar soap.

Yup,

Sugar soap is what most adhesive manufacturers recommend and I've used it loads of times.

Just make sure you rinse it off well!!
