Hi I’m doing some renovation work to my 1890’s dormer which has some vertical tiles above the window, I have cleaned up all the tiles as over the years got covered in paint, also I have hacked out the old sealant/mastic (was rock hard) from between the tile soffit joint…..my question is in today’s market what would be the best sealant/adhesive/mastic to use? Any help much appreciated
