red shield ?

Hi all

I need abit of help, i've got an icon near the top of the page and its a red shield with an ! in it, nexted to it says PC Health, and when i click on it, it says we recommend a safty scan now, is it safe or is it a no no.

I think that s a m/soft icon, wont hurt to scan if you dont d/load anything
