This poster is a chancer - I'v followed some of his threads and he sucks up a little info and asks for material lists by pretending the mythical tradesman has gone away or something.
He then does rubbish work or pretends that someone else did it - check out the pics of wiring he claims was done by a sparkie?
My take on him is that he's flipping or renting out houses or a house, and some poor tenant or buyer will walk into an unsafe nightmare.
