Can anyone help, i am replacing a bathroom radiator with a heated towel rail. Problem i have is the central heating system is a sealed system...... i have done these before quite easily on a open vented system but need some advise on how to re fill the closed system. Every thing i read states it needs compleating by a qualified heating engineer.....come on it can't be that hard surely.
