Reform Policies

You are making a good case to scrap chapter 2.

I don't have a problem with people with disabilities etc. getting a leg up. But Ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation. Why?
If there's a specific reason why some people do less well in exams despite being just as capable then there's a case for this.

It could be argued that boys under-perform as they just can't be bothered with studying and revising.

You're trying to see through the noise to find out their actual capability.

But most of the DEI stuff is not this, it's just outright prejudice and social engineering, forcing employers to make sub-optimal choices.

It's called being lazy. With that sort of attitude, it's no surprise they get left behind.

Instead of playing the victim, they should pull their socks up and take responsibility for their own lives.

Like the people who didn't get the job because they are LGBTQ+, female, asian, black.

Seems like you are a fan of a merit based system, like Reform are proposing.

If you looked into why boys underperform. You will see that "all the research" ;). says it's because the secondary education system is not optimised to suite how they learn.

But for some reason, it only affects poor Caucasian boys, but not other poor boys.

Sometimes the obvious answer is the simplest. The most likely reason these boys fail is because of a lack of work ethic. Or maybe they believe they shouldn't have to work as hard. And then they get professional **** stirrers telling them that they are victims.
