what is the min distance an electrical socket should be from the cooker gas piont
and what is the distance from min to max from the floor should the cooker point be fixed

Cant remember, is it 50mm, and seems to be anything you like judging by the way most of the cookers are fitted ruond here.

150mm for fittings, 25mm spacing for cables/pipes.

Bayonet 450mm from the floor, hose to hang down not shoot off sideways.
Don't forget the clamp/chain!
