After forty years, I can confidently say that 1 and 4 amount to the same thing. If you have a choice, start with 4. Option 1 is best left to those who don't think it makes any difference.

PS: 4 should always precede 1, NEVER the other way round!

Ah, but legally the first option could now include shirt lifters. So instead of there being six on this forum (still a disproportionately high number) there could be as many as fifteen (not sixteen because I know I'm not one!).
