Remodelling and Refit

I have been looking for a four bedroom house to buy for a long time and the following property has come up.

It is not exactly what we are looking for as it is a bungalow which has had a loft extension. However it is in the right location and is below our budget.

I would like some guidance as to whether it would be feasible to remodel the property to create a house with three bedrooms upstairs, one en suite. I would also like to move the stair case to the hallway and have a large kitchen dinner downstairs. I would also like to have one downstairs bedroom with en suite. My budget would be around 70K.


Any advice greatly received.
