Remove conservatory internal cladding

Hi,

I need to get to the bottom of a leak in the conservatory roof. Is there anyway to remove this internal roof cladding without attacking it from ontop of the roof?

Would be useful to see where the water is getting in and hard to tell with the plastic covering the beam.

I've given it a good yank but nothing gives

You wont be able to do anything from the inside.
There is a cover clips over the glazing bar from the outside.
