Hi when removing a bar shower for re-tilling is there any way to stop slacking the Offset Elbow Connectors that are ptfe'd in to back plate elbows, when I slacken the shower nuts?

id just take them out and redo them, chances are that if you've disturbed the joint they could be prone to leaking.

Slacken off the 2 chrome trims as much as you can, most doglegs have 2 flat sides under the trims you can grip while undoing the 2 bar mixer nuts.

Thanks I don't think there's enough room to get on to the flat bits, but I will try.
