removing existing water tank

Hi I would like to create a jack and jill ensuite between two dormer bedrooms but in the area inbetween there is a tank cupboard with a water tank.

Would it be easy enough to move the tank to accomodate the ensuite? We have oil fired central heating if that makes any difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
