I was replacing the inside fitting on my kitchen tap this weekend and to try and isolate the flow to it I stopped all of the stopcock valves (I wasn't sure which was which), 5 in total - 2 going to the base of the hot water tank, 1 below the 3 way switch (in the airing cupboard) and 2 in the loft from the main cold water tank.
The ensuite shower (not powered or electric) now runs really slowly although all of the other taps in the house (2nd bathroom, kitchen and ensuite sink run normally). I thought it might be an air lock (although it's not stuttering) so have tried putting finger over the end for 5 mins of so to no avail.
