Slow running tap

Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed the hot tap of the bath is running very slowly. The taps on the basin and kitchen sink seem to be unchanged.

I don't have a boiler, just a hot water tank and a header in the loft. It strikes me as a tap problem, but what?!? Any help much appreciated.

Probably the washer in the tap needs replacing.
