Removing faceplace from geberit toilet

Does anyone know how to remove the flushplate that surrounds the 2 buttons from the front of the toilet?

I have tried sliding up and pulling from the top and I see that some have springs at the side which need to be depressed and some have screws and some you have to push in one of the buttons to release a catch.

None of this works for me.
