My porch has a teracotta colour paint covering a concrete floor that has been made to look like teracotta tiles.
It is in a pretty poor state and I want to remove the old paint and repaint.

Any good tips for this job ? I was planning on using a paint stripper . Can this be purchased from BQ etc or will I need to see a specialist paint retailer ?

Also any tips for painting concrete. Will I need to seal the concrete first ??

Thanks in advance for any help

Cheers

Go for Nitromors paint stripper.

Dont let it soak into the concrete too much and make sure you rinse and neutralise it well.

To paint it...go for concrete paint, not available in many colours but it does the trick,..or if it doesnt get walked on too much, masonry paint is good too beleive it or not
