Hi All

We have moved into a new place and cant really afford a new kitchen. The kitchen we have is fine apart from whichever cowboy decided to put it in, when they decorated - they left loads of paint stains on the kitchen sides and the sink looks like it was never cleaned properly after decorating. So we need to remove the stains somehow. It's a dark granite effect (chipboard!) kitchen side.

Any advice is appreciated!!!

If it's emulsion paint, it will soften if you mix some washing-up liquid with meths, and dab it on with a paintbrush. (the washup is mostly to stop the meths running off and evaporating).

Scrape it off or use a coarse brush or scourer before it dries.

If it is gloss paint I don't know how you'll do it without damaging the plastic finish.
