Anyone know the best way to remove rust from around the taps on an enamel bath?

Once it starts to rust it can only get worse.
You can try picking it off, if you try & rub it with abrasive paper you will scratch the enamel.
To seal it you can try a varnish or even araldite.

Does anyone know any decent rust removing products which would do the trick?

Jenolite just converts the rust to a stable compound. It doesn't remove it. I'm looking for something that removes it, back to the bare metal if possible.
