Removing tap head

I’ve got a leaking tap , had a look and can’t seem to find a way of removing the end , There’s nothing to insert an Allen key into.
Could maybe one the grips screw out out something ? Thanks

Yeah, sometimes you need to unscrew one of the round grips.
