Renault megane electric window

Hi

My drivers side window is electric and yesterday I wound it down and it only went down an inch and will not go back up. If I driver around it slowly slips down and I have to manually pull it up but cannot get it to the top?

Help?!

Sounds like the window regulator is mashed, time for a new 1!!

yep sounds like the regulator, dealers usually have lots in stock as a common problem on the clio also. Try ebay i've seen new ones for sale on there

Renault extended the warranty to 4 years for the regulators, so if its within that period they'll do it FOC. If its not, avoid the the dealer as they will be Megabucks!
