renault scenic timing belt

hi can anyone talk me through changing cambelt on my 2003 renault scenic 1.9 dci?
are there locators to lock pulleys in place etc?

there is a tool to lock the crankshaft in place, how car maintenance savvy are you as i think you have to remove the wipers and the panels beneth them to do this one.
Quite an involved job.

ISTR that it is fully described in the Haynes manual.

Worth the money it costs to ensure you do it right.
