Does anyone know what could be causing the vibration I can feel through the accelerator pedal and steering wheel of my 04 1.9 dci megane scenic. Seems to get worse with increased speed. Cheers for any help.

Steering would suggest front wheel needs balancing especially if the "shudder" in the steering is there around 50 - 60 MPH and disappears up or down from that speed? Or even a buckled wheel?

Not sure about the accelerator .........

Worth checking the wheel nuts and give the wheels a good tug in and out at the top, looking for free play. If the noise is still persistent, get it checked over for safety.

A couple of things I'd like you to get ironed out (by someone who knows these cars).......the condition of the dual mass flywheel and the engine mountings.
Once they have been cleared, lets move to the simpler things!
