Render Question

Hi all,

Been waiting for some nice weather to get the front gable of my house rendered, which has now been done at last. Can i wait for spring to paint it? Also lime was used in the render does this make any difference?

Why don't you ask the contractor? Only they know what they have done.

Lime is added to make the mix more flexible. In other words it helps prevent hairline cracks forming due to expansion and shrinkage.

It also kind of self repairs itself... (Complex) google it and im sure you will find all you need to know.
