Just wondering if you guys use any rendering products when rendering rather than sand cement and lime. I have watched videos on you tube about products in Australia etc that only require one coat and stay workable for alot longer. Just wondering is there anything like that over here and your experiences with them if there is ?

Thanks

I ( and others here) have used other render/render type products over the years . Do you have a specific query?

Just looking for a product that stay workable longer and maybe only one coat required but leaves a finish as good as 2 coats, if there are any ?

On to what? Hard to know where you are going here

If you are struggling with s&c render, it's more likely the background or that is causing you problems (with suction?) or the weather . . S&C itself stays workable long enough to put on large areas .

The different products have different applications, mostly dependant on background/insulation requirements.

There is not much you can put on to blockwork in one coat without a machine to spray it on and expect a good finish

weber ocr will go on in one coat but in two passes and leave an excellent finish
