rennovating house - want to check ventilation/damp

Hi i bought a new house and ive removed everything (kitchen bathroom flooring) - i want to do a good job on this.

Im now at the stage where i need to start gitting new bathroom/kitchen etc.

However i wanted to check if i need new vents/ventilation in each room. and also i want to check windows do not cause any damp.

any tips to check this?
