Repair of split waste hose to Indesit D4000 dishwasher

Hi, can anyone tell me whether the back panels of an Indesit D4000 dshwasher are easy to remove, as the outlet hose has a split and water is leaking when the dishwasher is on a programme and the hose needs replacing.

I would like to try and do it myself as I cannot afford to get someone in to repair it.
