Repair or replace boiler

Powermax 155 cp gas boiler 6/7 years old C H ok but only
cool water suggest reason duff heat exchange unit,looked
on internet can only find ones for other makes not for powermax 155,
Are there any spares,cost? fitted new pump last year,or would it paid to replace
it with new boiler if so what with, make cost?.(2 bed house).

Has the boiler been serviced ?
internal baffles rot ,
but it sounds like the blending valve is no good, especially if ch is ok

sounds like ablender valve we sell them for 58.81

Or a limescaled HX. Does the boiler have a Siliphos canister on the inlet? Have you replaced it as per service schedule?

HX could be descaled. Certainly cheaper than a new boiler.

a 6 or 7 year old 155 does not have a heat exchanger it has an internal coil.
