repair speedo rover 400

How do you repair a speedo on a rover 400? Any advice please.

Speedo cable?
Speedo head?
Speedo drive gear?

Its stopped working basically! I it doesnt climb up whilst driving. It only went about an hour ago.So Iam looking for advice. But thanks for the reply, I wasnt specific enough. Sorry.

If you take the speedo head out, you'll be able to unclip the cable from the back of the head to check if it's broken. You should also be able to turn the drive at the back of the head to see if the needle goes up.
