Repairing a chalk block wall.

Can somebody give me some advice as to how to affix concrete coping stones to a chalk block wall. Do I use normal sand and cement mix or a lime mortar mix? The wall was built in 1830 and used lime mortar but as I am fixing a concrete coping stone I'm not sure which to use. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
