Repairing PVCu door threshold

Can anyone advise the best method of repair for a damaged threshold as shown below. It is the porch door, the profile is Kommerling and the unit was installed 8 years ago. My thoughts would be to repair using a glue but not sure of the correct type.

sure, a combination of the following, strong liquid adhesive, flexible filler, spray paint, lacquers, tints, wet n dry and loadsa patients.
Its my job.....
You should also be aware that their is little or no support underneath so it could go again if directly stood on
