Replace micro bore?

Is it worth replacing micro bore for 15mm as i am going to renovate my property from top to bottom soon.

yes it is , and get as much 22mm in as you can before dropping down to 15mm

Its micro bore to the rads...no idea what the feed pipes are yet.
