Hi Guys,
I've made a short video of the problem as I'm having trouble putting it into words, a picture is worth a 1,000 words (Or video in this case)

Thanks in advance,

Jon

Unless your copper pipes are very badly misaligned ,the compression joints on the isolator should seal ok. Take apart and check the condition of the olive and pipe where olive sits. Most commonly ,the olive or pipe ( or both ) are disformed by overtightening . Have a look and see. Maybe post pics in close up.
Where the tap connector meets the threaded tap tail ,there should be a new fibre washer ,and all traces of the old one needs to be removed first.

Thanks for taking the time to reply Terry.

I'd already replaced the olives with no joy, using LSX has resolved the problem for me.

FYI Fibre washer. I used a rubber O ring washer where the tap connector met the threaded tap tail as the water gushed out when using a Fibre one.
