Replaceing Thermostat - Danfoss RMT230 with Siemens RDH10-RF

Hi

A quick query (I hope).....

Is it a straight forward job to replace a Danfoss RMT230 mechanical thermostat with a Siemens RDH10-RF digital thermostat? The Danfoss uses 2 wires - COM and ON.

(I appreciate the Siemens needs to be connected to the mains 240v power supply).
