Replacement head for an old Honeywell push fit TRV with securing clip

I have an old Honeywell TRV - which has a clip to secure the head to the valve body. It is black and cream in coloured and has a conical taper towards the free end of the head. I have no part numbers of either the valve or the head I'm afraid. The attached image shows the type I mean. Can anyone tell me where i can find a replacement head for this TRV please?
