Replacing a 2D 16W 4 PIN GEAR TRAY WITH HIGH FREQUENCY BALLAST for an LED

Greetings All, I thought this was going to be easy ! I bought the LED - not realising I need to bypass the ballast. It's not a problem, just no instructions supplied and I can't find a matching wiki on-line. This is what I have and from what I've seen of similar set ups the l and N (as seen above) can be attached directly into 2 of the 4 central holes but I assume it's important which 2 ? Anyone done this b4 ?
