My 25 year old Smiths ERS1 digital electronic stat is playing up and won't trigger the switching to the valve unless the temp is set at 25C.
Can anyone suggest a stat with similar features that's simple to wire up. The unit gives 2 on 2 off -5/2 day programmes. I've run it through a Tempus 7 HW/CH programmer as the stat is located on the landing. This arrangement makes it easier to override the stat from doonstairs. The wiring set up is for a mains voltage zone valve.
