Hi,

Been in our house about a year and noticed due to heavy rain, it dips in a part and collecting rain water.

Thinking we will beed to replace this so wondered if we have to do anything building regs or planning permission wise?

It is a tarmac driveway, house is about 15 years old so drive will have been done as part of planning permission. It has a acco drain presumably going to a soakaway again as per house build so wantiny to basically just do like for like

If you are replacing like for like in terms of area, you're free to use what ever you want.

If you are extending it by more than 5sqm then it needs to be suds compliant
